Documentation Quality Support Designed Around Your Organization
Notereflex provides flexible, human-led support based on your note volume, review priorities, team structure, and existing documentation policies.
Session Note Quality Review
We review RBT and BT session notes using agreed criteria and your organization’s documentation expectations. Reviews focus on:
- Required elements and completeness.
- Clear, observable, and objective language.
- Internal consistency and information that may require clarification.
Documentation Feedbackand Guidance
We provide structured, constructive feedback that the organization can use to support clearer documentation practices. Feedback identifies strengths, areas needing clarification, and recurring issues that may benefit from additional education.
Documentation Quality Trend Reporting
Leadership receives recurring summaries configured around the agreed scope. Reports may include note volume reviewed, common documentation concerns, recurring team or location trends when authorized, areas of improvement, and suggested documentation topics for additional guidance.
Fractional Documentation Quality Support
Organizations that need ongoing assistance can engage Notereflex as a fractional documentation quality partner. This provides recurring review, feedback, and reporting without creating another full-time position.

How It Works
- Schedule a consultation. We discuss your review process, team structure, note volume, common concerns, and goals.
- Define the service scope. Together, we confirm review criteria, volume, cadence, feedback routing, reporting, and communication.
- Complete agreements and secure access. Before identifiable records are accessed, the parties complete the Business Service Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement when applicable. Access occurs only through the organization’s authorized EHR or another approved secure platform.
- Begin review and feedback. Selected notes are reviewed and documentation-focused findings are shared through the agreed process.
- Receive reporting and refine support. Leadership receives trend summaries and may adjust the scope as organizational needs change.

Discovery Call Demonstration
During the discovery call, Notereflex uses a prepared fictional sample note to demonstrate the human-led review and feedback process. No client records or protected health information are used. The demonstration is not a free or paid pilot.

Responsibilities After Feedback
The ABA organization determines whether a note requires correction, who will complete it, and how it will be approved. Notereflex does not independently direct staff, approve clinical records, or change treatment documentation outside an authorized written workflow.
Customized Service Scope
Pricing and scope are based on active RBT/BT count, anticipated note volume, review cadence, reporting needs, and turnaround expectations.
