Documentation Support Created With ABA Teams in Mind
Notereflex was founded by an ABA professional with four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and nearly two years of experience as a Licensed Behavior Specialist. That frontline and clinical experience provides a practical understanding of session-note writing, documentation review, staff development, and the demands placed on ABA teams.
Our role is to provide thoughtful, reliable documentation quality support that works alongside your existing team. We help organizations review session notes, identify recurring documentation challenges, and provide structured feedback that supports stronger practices over time.
Our Mission
To partner with ABA organizations by providing human-led documentation review, feedback, and guidance that support clearer session notes and continuous improvement.
Our Approach
We begin by listening. Your organization defines its documentation expectations, priorities, and internal workflow. Notereflex builds the review process around those requirements and communicates findings in a practical, respectful, and useful way.
Our Vision
Quality
We approach each review thoughtfully and consistently.
Partnership
We work alongside leadership as an additional source of documentation support.
Clarity
We provide feedback that is specific, understandable, and useful.
Integrity
We respect professional boundaries, privacy, and provider responsibilities.
Continuous Improvement
We focus on recurring patterns and progress, not simply identifying mistakes.
What We Are—and What We Are Not
Notereflex provides documentation quality review, feedback, trend reporting, and educational support.
Notereflex does not provide clinical supervision, replace BCBA oversight, make treatment decisions, create treatment plans, perform billing or claims submission, conduct formal insurance or regulatory audits, provide legal advice, or certify compliance.
The ABA organization remains responsible for clinical decision-making, staff supervision, final documentation approval, record corrections, billing, and regulatory and payer compliance.
